This is a new technology that generates a strong vortex in the liquid when the powder is introduced, transporting and dissolving the powder while trapping it near the center of the vortex. The optimized vortex strongly draws in the powder, preventing any powder clumps from remaining on the water surface, enabling the dissolution of 1% CMC in water in about 15 minutes. Nichiraku Machinery provides a test device for this product.
